I can't log in - the account is not active

If the app says "Your account is not active, please contact support or your account administrator" when you log in, there are 3 common reasons for this:

  • The user enters a different email address than the one listed in the user tab (Users / User's list, in the user detail, the first tab Work data).
  • In the user's tab (Users / User's list, in the user detail, the first tab Work data) the option "User is active" is not checked. This option must be ticked.
  • In the user's tab (Users / User's list, in the user detail, the first tab Work data)
    the field "Date of leaving the company.
 

If none of these options resolve the login issue, contact support.
