Active and inactive user
The difference between active and inactive users.
You can activate/deactivate a user on the User Card.
An active user can log in to the application, use all available functions in relation to his role and active modules within the application. The administrator, manager, reporting manager, owner and supervisor can see the reporting of the active user.
An inactive user cannot log in to the application and therefore cannot use it. Administrator and Owner of the account can see the inactive user in the user report. They are also the only ones who can activate/deactivate. In case you need to see the reporting of inactive users, you may include them in the report.
The status of an active user is reflected in the payment for using the application. You pay the license for each active.
