They have the opportunity to record everything simultaneously and clearly. ### **Setting up a new activity** When creating a new activity, select **Business trip** as the **activity type** and allow it to be recorded by the required users.  ![Snímek obrazovky 2023-10-28 v 19.33.46](https://knowledgebase.sloneek.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Sn%C3%ADmek%20obrazovky%202023-10-28%20v%2019.33.46.png?width=688&height=410&name=Sn%C3%ADmek%20obrazovky%202023-10-28%20v%2019.33.46.png) ### From the user\`s perspective When the employee records a new Business Trip activity, they will have the option to add another **overlapping activities to its duration**. **Example:** User Eva Bláhová goes on a business trip on 10/24/2022, and therefore tracks an activity of type Business trip with a duration of 6 hours. This trip also includes an important meeting with a client scheduled for 11:30 a.m., which she would also like to mark on the calendar. This may include, for example, detailed documentation of a business trip. ### Report view Business trip activities are also reflected in the **reports**. Specifically, in the **Overview** **of activities** and **Summary of activities** report, in which you can easily filter this type of activities. At the same time, in the report you will also find **documents and notes** that were attached to these activities.
